Is there a useful skill bonus instead of the 10% per lvl range on passive scan bonus? ...... not even the modules are worth having them fitted. I see the reason of it having the 3% of profile dampening for the low amount of "low module slots" but the range is just a waste of SP.
PTT: the bonus to reduction on cost of the cloack should be like 80%-90% so equiping a cloack dont leave u as a free kill on the battlefield after beaing spotted.

As far as the range I think you have a point, but when used in conjunction with other suits it tends to work wonders. As a solo operator you just die struggling.
Im cal scout since they came out, waited for it since the role was anounced with the racial parity. You should try it, u will see how disapointing will be not to notice a heavy even when is right beside you.

Nope, it doesnt work, have lvl 5 on precition and lvl 3 range only missing 4 meters with the mising to lvl 5 of max range and 1.22 of optimal scan, still is a really weak bonus in compration with the other scouts, the worst bonus on the scout repertory. Caldari not only has the worst logi but also the worst scout, dont missunderstand me i really enjoy my cal scout but not for its bonus.
